Sam has been selling and marketing sporting goods for over 12 years which has resulted in an extensive knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. He is a passionate hunter, fisherman, and overall outdoorsman who has resided in the Midwest his entire life…

Sam has been selling and marketing sporting goods for over 12 years which has resulted in an extensive knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. He is a passionate hunter, fisherman, and overall outdoorsman who has resided in the Midwest his entire life. His knowledge and experience have led him to a number of exciting opportunities within the outdoor industry. Sam is now the VP of Sales for Alliance Outdoors Group, a parent company for brands like Rambo Bikes and X-Tree stands. He has also been on multiple pro-staff teams with some of the largest brands in the outdoor industry.

On the side, Sam utilizes his firearm instructor certification that he has maintained for the past 10+ years by teaching conceal and carry courses and being a source of knowledge for all things relating to firearm safety. He is passionate about getting other people involved in the outdoor activities he loves and has participated in since he was a young boy. He does this by consulting hunters to help them reach their hunting goals by analyzing their hunting land to help them better plan, build, and maintain food plots, trail cams, and deer stands. In his spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with his family and taking part in just about any and every outdoor activity you can think of, including golfing, hunting, fishing, boating, shooting, and much more.

What’s A STRU?

Having fun with the gang on The 4Outdoorsmen is the perfect way for a guy to share stories about life in the woods and on the waters. Steve Strusinski began his hunting and fishing life very early on, thanks to his dad and a couple of uncles. Ely, Minnesota is two hundred and thirty-five miles from St. Paul, but to a twelve year old kid it didn’t matter. The hunting shack that is affectionately called “Polish Palace”, Lake Vermillion, and the woods of St. Louis County were and still are heaven to Struman. As a kid, baseball became the love of his life. He eventually played college ball and earned the position as head coach at Hamline University at the age of twenty-four. These days his bucket is fuller than ever with his beautiful wife Dianna, three sons, ten grandkids, a thirty-two year real estate career, part time job with the Minnesota Twins, competitive senior softball, coaching a granddaughter in fast pitch, a little dream cabin in Chetek, Wisconsin, and yes, the Polish Palace is still in the picture after fifty-five years. His favorite quote is “Every day is a gift. That’s why it is called the present.”And he truly tries to keep that thought in his head nearly every waking moment.

MARK LEWKE

Mark Lewke has been an avid outdoorsmen for over 30 years. Mark grew up in a small Wisconsin town and learned how to hunt and fish with his dad Dave. Fishing was done in local lakes and rivers or at the cabin in Mt. Morris Wisconsin…

Mark Lewke has been an avid outdoorsman for over 30 years. Mark grew up in a small Wisconsin town and learned how to hunt and fish with his dad Dave. Fishing was done in local lakes and rivers or at the cabin in Mt. Morris Wisconsin. Mark has traveled to Canada almost yearly since 1992 with his father to chase big Walleye’s and Northern Pike not seen on the local ponds. He began hunting deer at age 12 and small game earlier than that on his family farm in Columbus Wisconsin.

Now Mark lives in Lino Lakes with his wife April and three young sons, Nick, Max and Sam. He looks forward to teaching his boys and has already gotten his oldest Nick on a few fish. Mark has rediscovered deer hunting over the last few years and also taken up waterfowl, pheasant and Turkey Hunting.

Mark brought his passion for the outdoors when he helped create the “Angler and Hunter” show in 2013. Over the years that has morphed into The 4 Outdoorsmen Show on Bob Total Country. Mark also works for Minnesota Legend Ron Schara and is a part of the TV dynasty that produces: Minnesota Bound, Due North Outdoors, Destination Polaris, The Flush, Rooster Tales, Backroads with Ron and Raven and Made For the Outdoors.
